Roasted Shishito Peppers
These are fun when you are wanting a little different side dish, and no they are not hot!
Ingredients:
3 oz Shishito peppers
Canola oil
Salt
Directions:
Place shishito peppers in stovetop pan and drizzle with oil.
Toss on medium heat until blistered.
Sprinkle with salt and serve.
