Roasted Shishito Peppers

These are fun when you are wanting a little different side dish, and no they are not hot!

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz Shishito peppers

  • Canola oil

  • Salt

Directions:

  1. Place shishito peppers in stovetop pan and drizzle with oil.

  2. Toss on medium heat until blistered.

  3. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
