Tall Lil’ Omelettes
Ingredients:
50 g heavy cream
4 eggs
2 g salt
Toppings:
Arizona Style: cherry tomatoes, basil, roasted pine nuts (sautee in coconut oil w/ salt), olive oil drizzle
Arkansas Style: smoked gouda cheese, bacon
California Style: Avocados and feta cheese
Georgia Style: crispy shallots
Louisiana Style: baby sweet bell peppers, Vidalia onions
Directions:
Heat sous vide to 185F.
Use a paper towel to butter the inside of 4 x 4 oz Mason jars.
Blend eggs, heavy cream and salt with an immersion blender.
Place egg mixture in Mason jars and sous vide for 25 minutes.
Keep in refrigerator until breakfast.
