White BBQ Sauce
We first tasted this sauce at a great little BBQ joint in Tennessee. However, after more research, this vinegar based white BBQ sauce is likely originally from Alabama. When you’re craving a tang on your meat, this is it! Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ Tbs Worcestershire sauce (we like Lea & Perrins)
¼ tsp garlic paste (we like Gourmet Garden)
1 tsp white peppercorns – freshly ground
1 tsp kosher salt
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a glass 2 cup/750 mL Pyrex bowl (this size fits perfectly).
- Cover with lid and shake.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
