Preserved Lemons
If you need to use lemons in a recipe but want to kick it up a notch, you need to try Alton Brown’s preserved lemon recipe.
Ingredients:
2 lemons
Morton coarse rock salt
Directions:
Cut the ends off the lemons.
Slice the lemons into 6 pieces each.
Store in the refrigerator for 4 days, then flip upside down for another 4 days.
Enjoy!
