When I go to the store, how do I know what all of these terms really mean?
Wagu: very high quality Japanese cattle
Kobe-style: Wagu-like raised in the United States
Angus: black or red cattle from Scotland
Certified-Angus: 51% black-hide Angus
Grass Fed: depends on quality of grass
