Naan Pizza

Sometimes you are craving that ooey gooey goodness but want to at least reduce the calories. Try using half a slice of Naan bread as your crust. Ingredients:

Tandoori Naan (roasted garlic)

Pizza sauce (we like Rao’s Homemade Pizza Sauce)

Shredded mozzarella

Oil cured black olives – crush between fingers and remove pits

Pepperoni slices (we like Boar’s Head)

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to broil on Low. Cover pan with no-stick aluminum foil.
  • Cut a piece of naan bread in half. Brush with olive oil and place under broil for 1-2 min or until it turns light brown.
  • Remove from oven and cover naan in sauce, then cheese, then top with pepperoni and olives.
  • Broil on low for 6-8 min until cheese melts. Slice and enjoy!
