Lime Butter Stone Crab Claw Sauce

This is similar to a lobster butter sauce with a dash of refreshing lime used to dip stone crab claws in. Ingredients:

1/4 cup salted butter

1 organic lime

Directions:

  • Melt butter in the microwave.
  • Freshly squeeze juice from 2 limes and add to melted butter.
  • Start dipping your snow crab claws in, and make sure to lick your fingers!
