Fried Sage Appetizer
If you’re wanting a little fun appetizer, try this out. It tastes like popcorn. Not chicken.
Ingredients:
- Sage leaves 
- Grapeseed oil 
- Parmesan Reggiano – freshly grated 
- Nutmeg – freshly shaved 
- Maldon sea salt 
Directions:
- Fry sage leaves in a small saucepan with a small amount of grapeseed oil until slightly blackened. 
- Plate and top with freshly grated Parmesan and nutmeg. 
- Finish with a sprinkle of Maldon salt on top.
