Fried Sage Appetizer

If you’re wanting a little fun appetizer, try this out. It tastes like popcorn. Not chicken. 

Ingredients:

  • Sage leaves

  • Grapeseed oil

  • Parmesan Reggiano – freshly grated

  • Nutmeg – freshly shaved

  • Maldon sea salt

Directions:

  • Fry sage leaves in a small saucepan with a small amount of grapeseed oil until slightly blackened.

  • Plate and top with freshly grated Parmesan and nutmeg.

  • Finish with a sprinkle of Maldon salt on top.
