Fried Sage Appetizer
If you’re wanting a little fun appetizer, try this out. It tastes like popcorn. Not chicken.
Ingredients:
Sage leaves
Grapeseed oil
Parmesan Reggiano – freshly grated
Nutmeg – freshly shaved
Maldon sea salt
Directions:
Fry sage leaves in a small saucepan with a small amount of grapeseed oil until slightly blackened.
Plate and top with freshly grated Parmesan and nutmeg.
Finish with a sprinkle of Maldon salt on top.
