Iwatani Culinary Butane Torch Pro2

This is one of the most fun pieces of equipment in our kitchen! How can you not say that a blowtorch is cool? We use it to finish meat after cooking sous vide, make crème brulee, and flame various fruits before adding some mascarpone and flavored balsamic vinegar for dessert. It’s one of those things you should try if you enjoy cooking. But make sure and keep a fire extinguisher nearby, just in case.
