CHEF41 Review

by Dr. Terra Caudill

If you are headed to Clematis Street and wanting a hang-out place with a friendly atmosphere and great food, Dorrian’s is the place to go. Their chef is amazing and this is not your average bar food. Our favorite is the Goat Cheese Spinach Salad with added Chicken. The chicken is grilled but not dried out, the veg are crispy and fresh, and the goat cheese has just a pop of twang to balance it all out.

ABOUT

From the Restaurant
A Staple in NYC for 50 Years.
Dorrian’s Red Hand first opened in the year 1960, located in Manhattan’s Upper East Side now Dorrian’s has expanded to West Palm Beach, FL where it serves great American fare with plenty of beer and liquor selections. Back in the beginning, Dorrians was just a small bar to placate the locals, now it is a venue or second home.

Don’t worry, Upper East Siders. The institution that’s been open for more than 50 years isn’t going anywhere; it’s just spawning an outpost in West Palm Beach, FL. Devotees of the New York and Jersey City locations will recognize the dark wooden chairs, and old-school cash registers covered in boarding school stickers.
