Their wholesale division currently serves over one hundred yachts, super yachts and sport fishermen as Palm Beach's finest restaurants.

FROM THE RESTAURANT:
Cod & Capers was founded in 1984 by Stephen Gyland. From the very start, we have been dedicated to offering the freshest and best quality seafood in Palm Beach County. Having been a commercial fisherman with hopes of starting his own business, Steve had plenty of knowledge to bring to the company. We are proud to say that we are still operated by many of our original employees – we are a family!
Our passion for fresh seafood did not remain a secret for long; soon, our little tiny Seafood Market started receiving requests for deliveries from local restaurants. Today, our business consists of a complete wholesale department with a fleet of refrigerated trucks, an expanded retail market, and over 50 employees. We also now employ a full-time Chef for our prepared food division and Café. We have grown so much since 1984, but we still focus on quality… that will never change!
