The Butcher Shop Beer Garden & Grill started as one of the top Wynwood restaurants and is brought to you by father and son duo Igor and Fred Niznik.
It began with the purchase of an old fashioned butcher shop in Palm Beach called Charlie’s. Charlie’s which is known for its timeless recipes, Certified Angus Prime Beef, Organic Poultry, as well as having an old fashioned butchery where you can get custom cuts of meat, homemade sausages and burgers, all of which have no hormone’s or antibiotics, and are all natural.

The Butcher Shop Beer Garden & Grill started as one of the top Wynwood restaurants and is brought to you by father and son duo Igor and Fred Niznik.
It began with the purchase of an old fashioned butcher shop in Palm Beach called Charlie’s. Charlie’s which is known for its timeless recipes, Certified Angus Prime Beef, Organic Poultry, as well as having an old fashioned butchery where you can get custom cuts of meat, homemade sausages and burgers, all of which have no hormone’s or antibiotics, and are all natural.
Igor, of East European descent, quickly learned the ins and outs of the butcher shop and added his own flavor into the gourmet market. Meanwhile in New York, Fred was pursuing music, working in the restaurant industry, and frequenting beer gardens.
It wasn’t until after Fred relocated to Miami, that he soon discovered Wynwood and fell in love. It reminded him of New York, full of art, culture, and beauty in the midst of an urban playground. After approaching his father with the idea of opening a beer garden, Igor had mentioned, “why not marry a beer garden and butcher shop?” The rest is history.
The Butcher Shop Beer Garden & Grill locations are unique places where you can get prime meats, great quality sausages, and burgers at a great value to dine in or take home to cook for the family.
