How To Buy Good Ingredients

Do you want to buy the best food you can but don’t really know which is best? These basic principles may help. Fresh + Highest quality = great taste.

Butter:

-Good: Ghee (clarified butter), Kerrygold (grass fed)

-Bad: margarine

Cheese:

-Good: full fat, raw milk

-Bad: shredded, preservatives

Eggs:

-Good: pasture raised (deep yellow color)

-Bad: caged, vegetarian

Chicken:

-Bad: antibiotics (means they were sick), chlorinated water (injected to make them weigh more)
