Smoky Burger

I love this because it’s quick and tastes like you’ve been slaving over the grill. Ingredients:

½ lb beef skirt steak

Pinch rock salt

Pinch ground black pepper

Recommendations:

Hamilton Beach 10 cup Food Processor with Bowl Scraper

Breville Smoking Gun Pro Smoke Infuser (with Hickory and Oak wood shavings)

Directions:

Cut meat into 1” slices, then place blade and beef into the freezer for 30 min.

Place meat into food processor and pulse in small batches until done.

Form into patties and season with salt and pepper.

Cook on stovetop on medium (#6) for 1 min on each side in a covered pan.

Remove, let cool, then place in a small Ziploc bag.

Hand smoke with 2 parts Hickory/1 part Oak for 2 minutes.
