Scampi Stone Crab Claws

You can only get stone crab claws in Florida, and they are some of the sweetest crab meat you will ever eat. Only available during the season: Oct 15 - May 15, so enjoy when you can!

Ingredients:

  • 6 Florida stone crab claws - outer shells removed (except the large claw)

  • 1/2 cup Pignot Grigo

  • 4 Tbs lime juice - freshly squeezed

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

  • 2 tsp Garlic paste (we like Amore)

  • 1 tsp white pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all in a saucepan, then cook on medium-high for 5 minutes, stirring often until heated.

  2. Savor every bite.
