Preserved Lemons

If you need to use lemons in a recipe but want to kick it up a notch, you need to try Alton Brown’s preserved lemon recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lemons

  • Morton coarse rock salt

Directions:

  1. Cut the ends off the lemons.

  2. Slice the lemons into 6 pieces each.

  3. Store in the refrigerator for 4 days, then flip upside down for another 4 days.

  4. Enjoy!
