Orange Chili Stone Crab Claw Sauce

We love this sauce. Especially when stone crab claw season is nearing the end and you gotta eat as many as possible.  It’s light and refreshing and not as heavy as many of the other sauces. Ingredients:

1/3 cup mayo (we prefer Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise)

1 Tbs fresh orange juice

1 tsp orange zest – finely grated

½ tsp chili powder

Directions:

  • This is hard: Mix together in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • You’re gonna love this combo of flavors (if you like orange), so get your taste buds ready!
