Mushroom Tart

This recipe is great because you don’t have to pre-cook the mushrooms. Just chop and throw ‘em in! Ingredients:

1/3 cup maitake mushrooms – finely chopped in food processor

1 garlic clove – finely chopped

1/3 cup truffle Gouda – freshly grated

¼ tsp fresh thyme – ground with mortar & pestle

¼ tsp Maldon sea salt

Pinch black peppercorns – freshly ground

Nasoya Won Ton Wraps

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then store in refrigerator until ready to place in dough (so cheese doesn’t melt).
  • Spoon mixture into won ton wraps, pinch edges to seal, and bake for 8 min at 425F.
