Crab & Mushroom Cheese Dip

When you need some lovin’, this is your go to comfort food that will love you back. And it only takes about 20 min once your oven is heated.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz lump blue crab meat (it’s pre-cooked)

  • 6 oz pioppino mushrooms

  • 1 cup Swiss cheese - freshly grated

  • 1 cup Mozarella cheese - freshly grated

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

  • 6 garlic cloves - minced

  • 3 Tbs butter

  • Chile Lime seasoning (we like Trader Joe’s)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Sautee garlic and mushrooms in butter on stovetop with a dash of salt and pepper.

  3. Remove from stovetop and let cool in the refrigerator.

  4. Mix everything in a large Ziplok bag.

  5. Remove as much as you want to eat now, sprinkle with chile lime seasoning and place in a baking dish in the oven for 10 min and store the rest in the refrigerator.

  6. Serve hot with celery sticks or our Fast Smoked Artichoke.
