Oxo Steel Chef’s Mandoline 2.0

If you want to cut veggies really thin and uniformly, you need a mandolin. This one is great. There aren’t a lot of blades to switch in and out, and it has a knob that lets you adjust the thickness of the cut. We like the fact that it can also fold up for easy storage on the countertop. However, we highly recommend getting some cut-resistant gloves for use with this very sharp instrument.
