Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker

The best thing about cooking sous vide is

  1. It cooks uniformly.
  2. It’s low temp (so you may be able to multitask while doing this.
  3. Your food comes out moist and tender.

The only other things you need are a Ziploc bag, a pot, and water. And if you want, you can control it with an app on your phone. We like to sear meats (broil, pan fry, blow torch, etc) to cook the outside and give it more flavor, then sous vide to get the inside cooked to the tenderness that you desire.
